MP4 stands for ‘Making Places Profitable, Public and Private Open Spaces.’ It is funded through the European Union Interreg IVB programme for the North Sea Region. The 9 project partners in 6 countries are demonstrating how ‘place making’, which is improving open spaces, can offer positive social and economic benefits.
